Abs workout 6: Bodyweight abs workout

Another exercise that doesn’t require equipment. Do 3 rounds of the following:

20 Butterfly Kicks (done lying on your back)
20 Crunches
20 Russian Twists
20 Elbow-to-Knee Crunches
20 Butterfly Situps (soles of feet together, knees out to the side)
20 Side-to-Side Knee Drops (on the back, knees bent up in a right angle)
20 Crunches
20 Butterfly Kicks (done lying on your back)
