My simple workout is for ANYONE who wants to improve their overall fitness without doing too much. Here are TWO simple effective ways to upgrade yourself:
100 Push-Ups. Can be split into 4 sets of 25.
50 Push-Ups recommended for beginners. Can be split into 5 sets of 10.
If you find yourself struggling to complete 50 push-ups, try a minimum of 20 to 30 and build up your strength.
Plank for a total of 4 minutes. Can be split into 2 to 4 sets.
Plank for a total of 2 minutes, recommended for beginners. Can be split into 2 to 4 sets.
If your core can’t handle 2 minutes, break it down to 30 seconds per plank with a rest period of 10 to 15 seconds.
Try this for 30 days, preferably in the mornings to jump start your day. Don’t get discouraged if you fail the first few days. Just keep challenging yourself. The more you do it, the easier it will get.
HYDRATION is vital. Drink approximately 16 oz (large glass) of water upon waking up, 20 minutes before starting this simple workout.
